Initial Consultation
I offer a free 15 minute consultation where we can chat about what’s bringing you to therapy and see if we’re a good fit to work together. It’s a no-pressure way to get a feel for the process and ask any questions you have!

Create Your Wellness Plan
Our first session will be a chance to get to know you—your history, what’s been on your mind, and what you’re hoping to work on. In our 60 minutes together, we’ll start creating a wellness plan tailored to your needs.

Virtual
Sessions
Our ongoing sessions will focus on working toward the goals we set in our first session, with space to adjust as needed. Therapy is a flexible process, so we’ll check in along the way and make sure it’s working for you.
